At A&B Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and refunds process.
Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include all parts and original packaging.

Any signs of damage due to improper use will invalidate the return.

For hygiene-related products, items must be thoroughly cleaned before returning.

If the product was received defective, you may return it immediately.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect the item has been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How to Return Your Order

Email us at support@ab-jewelry.us with your order number and reason for return.

We will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
⚠️ Please do not return items to the sender address listed on your package, as it will not be processed.

Shipping costs for returning the product are covered by the customer.
Lost or Missing Items
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if it’s lost in transit, please:

Contact your local courier or post office to trace the package and obtain its last known status.

Secure a proof of loss document (e.g., claim receipt, investigation report, or tracking update confirming the loss).

Report the claim to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date by emailing support@ab-jewelry.us and attaching your proof of loss.
We need this documentation to coordinate with the courier and determine whether to issue a replacement, store credit, or refund. Without an official proof of loss, we may be unable to process your claim.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or proof of loss), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within 30 days of confirmation.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was received defective.

We do not issue refunds for orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal by the recipient; in such cases, we may offer to resend the order for a reshipment fee.

For all other issues (incomplete, incorrect, or damaged orders), reshipment is free once we confirm the issue.
Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item, we prioritize reshipment. A clear unboxing video is required to verify the issue. Without video documentation, we may not be able to proceed.
Cancellations
Due to our fast processing times, orders cannot be canceled once processed. If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return it upon receipt following our standard return process.
Note: Returns may need to be sent to one of our Central Warehouses in Asia. Always follow the specific instructions provided by our customer service team to avoid delays.
One-Time Resolution Policy
We offer one final resolution per order concern—whether refund, replacement, or store credit. Once processed, no further compensation or alternatives will be provided for the same issue, ensuring fairness and consistency.
